How to Post

	Please complete your order online before posting your mobile phones. We don’t send out envelopes or Padded bags as this slows down how quickly we can pay you for your mobile phones.

	Print your order sheet or write your order number, name, email address and telephone number clearly on a piece of paper and include this with your mobile phones in a secure Padded bag, well padded envelope or box. We do not require chargers, boxes or any other accessories.

	Send your mobile phones using one of the methods below:

Registered Post

Registered Post is available at your Post Shop. It will cost a few dollars but the standard version compensates for loss of damage of up to $100. For an additional charge you can increase that cover and get a range of additional services. For peace of mind, Fonebank recommends Registered Post.
